1. Before sendind the documents to this Consulate General, the Diplomas and Transcripts must have the "authentication" of the "Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) " in Ottawa. For more information, click this link.
2. Once obtained the authentication of "DFAIT", send the original document/s to the Consulate General accompanied by this form, already completed and signed, and enclosing a Money Order or certified cheque payable to the "Consulate General of Argentina. Check the consular fees here. Include a prepaid envelope or courier slip, with the waybill duly completed, to return the documents to you, unless it is picked up personally at our office. We recommend you write down the number of the tracking number of the envelope you are enclosing to us.
The documents will be processed and returned in 5 working days, as from the date of the arrival via the prepaid envelope mentioned above. "Rush process" legalizations are issued within 48 hs. and they are subject to the rush process service fee per each document. Check the consular fees here.

If the applicant has not accompanied a prepaid envelope or courier slip, he/she will have either to send a prepaid envelope/courier slip to us or come personally to our Office to pick up the document/s.
